Software Engineer — HeyGen
Worked on HeyGen's AI agentic framework — the internal system that lets AI agents plan, call tools, and execute production workflows end to end. Shipped agent-driven automation that took over recurring operational work across teams, and built orchestration and evaluation tooling that kept multi-step agent runs reliable in production.
Computational Genomics Researcher — Stanford Medicine
Analyzed bulk short-read and long-read RNA-Seq alongside single-cell multi-omics data using HPC pipelines, Cell Ranger, and Seurat (R). Refactored the lab's R codebase to standardize PCA and QC visualizations, resolving inconsistencies across figure outputs. Co-authored the resulting paper in the European Journal of Human Genetics (Nature Portfolio).
